2. Services Provided

Bio Blueprint Testing Agency LLC offers mobile DNA collection services for the following (non-exhaustive) purposes:

  • Legal paternity and family relationship testing
  • Non-legal/curiosity testing
  • Immigration DNA collection
  • Hospital, home, and workplace DNA sample collection

We collect samples only. Laboratory analysis is completed by accredited partner labs.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Payments

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.
  • Payments must be made in advance through Stripe.
  • Appointment times may vary depending on location and technician availability.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for eligibility for partial refunds.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds do not apply once the collection has been completed.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All data, including personal information and DNA samples, is handled confidentially according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy & Limitations

  • Bio Blueprint Testing Agency LLC collects samples but does not perform laboratory analysis.
  • Test results are provided by accredited partner laboratories.
  • We are not responsible for laboratory turnaround times or outcomes.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.
  • Ensure all parties involved in testing willingly provide consent.
  • Present proper identification when required.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.
  • Misrepresent identities or relationships.
  • Interfere with our website or booking system.

9. Liability

Bio Blueprint Testing Agency LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party labs
  • Incorrect information provided by clients
  • Misuse of results by clients or third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
